Subject: Re: soybean methods in the midwest

Full micronutrient soil test pulled on every field. Whatever it calls for it gets. I like to plant group 4 soybeans at 125,000 or so population in 20" rows. I love to plant them in April but seldom get many in due to weather and corn planting. We have been using sharpen, thunder master, verdict, metrabuzien power max and sometimes 2-4D as part of our weed control program the last few years. Have played around with some foliar fertilizers on them. Made a pass with 9-18-9 this year right before bloom. Not sure if its paying off or not.. Really have no way of knowing. Also been throwing in some bioforge every pass with the sprayer
