Harvest low should be the point where folks (producers, commercials, exporters, etc) all stop selling. With large speculators around though it could go past that point, but who knows. One difference this year has over previous fall price crashes is that we've all made more money this time around and if it's not all spent on shiny things then the point of 'I don't have to sell' is higher. However, this is just the producer and other folks in market may have reasons that trump ours in the market.
