Depending on tires and actual suspension he is most likely good for 35200. That's 32000 plus 10% overage if he meets all the exemptions. Tires are my biggest worry with going the 10% over. Generally the suspension and axles are plenty capable of handling a wee bit more weight unless it is being used for serious off road and rough work. So 35200 gross minus a tare of about 12000 leaves 23200 for a net grain weight. So that is 414 bushels of dry corn and 386 bushels of soybeans or wheat. But tires are probably the limiting factor, I believe most 10.00-20's are good for about 5300 each. So you are at 31800 limit, and that is not accounting for the loss of capacity with dual wheels.
