Hastings, Florida | I had a 1976 C-60 with a 427 gas engine, had a fifth wheel on it, pulled loaded refrigerated trailers/ fertilizer trailers all over Florida with it. One summer I took it to the Carolinas and hauled produce to Washington D.C. Single axle, no sleeper, but I made some money with that truck. Back then they were not as particular on the weights at the scales as they are now.
I was young and dumb back then, but it was fun.
