Ours was a 16 foot without extension but you could hardly keep the front end on the ground so we cut 2 foot off of it several years ago. We then put 12" extensions on it and it holds about 360~ish or so and it's all that truck wants. I can put 8 tons of rock on it and the tires will rub the stringers if you hit a good bump.
