I have had great luck with Trimble.  All brands have some glitches.  I usually tell someone to get the brand that has the best dealer.  Poor dealer support will give you poor satisfaction with a product.  They all have problems and you will need the dealer then.  Steering isn't very problematic, but as soon as you add things to control that's where a good dealer shines.   Love rtx too.
