The factory master switch (and boom switches) do work properly and show up correctly in the diagnostics page.
There is an Aux Valve wire with weatherpak ends that connects between the Aux Input module and the Liquid Control module. When voltage testing, it appeared to signal properly with the Master switch, so we unplugged the weatherpak connection and ran a wire straight from this output to trigger the solenoid on the dump valve. This worked great in the shop, but the problem when we went to the field was that with the Aux Valve wire disconnected between the modules, the Insight could not control the rate on the pump; it would just run the pump at a constant speed. | |
