Subject: RE: Nitro 5275/NH SP275/AgLeader questions...

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
I haven't worked with the Aux valve settings for a while but it should certainly be possible to have the dump valve OPEN when the Master is turned OFF. If I understand you the dump valve does open when all the sections are OFF. If this is so then the Dump valve trigger and programming must be correct.

I would check the input diagnostics and look at the screen that gives the status of the Master and section switches. These should be black when OFF and green when ON. If they are gray then the system does not believe that the particular switch is present. I would watch the Master Switch indicator and verify that it changes between green and black as the master is turned ON and OFF. If it does not then the only time the system thinks that the dump valve should open is when all sections switches are OFF.

If you find this to be the case then the Master must be hotwired ON or you would never be able to spray. If this is the situation then rewiring the Master switch should help. There is a Master switch input to the Auxiliary Input module as well as inputs for all the section switches.

I'm not sure what you mean by running a wire directly to the dump valve. This wire should go to the dump valve trigger wire by the special location in the black connector on the Liquid Product Control Module.
