| A standard installation would use a serial connection between the FM1000 and the Nav Controller, then the Nav Controller would be talking directly to the valves and sensors, but it is also connected into your Tractors CAN Bus to receive some required vehicle information such as Operator Presence switch from the Instrument Cluster and Engage Switch from the Armrest Controller. On a Magnum, I think it also picks up the Forward/Reverse signal from the Transmission Controller over the Tractors CAN. The Implement CAN, also called the ISOBus Harness is different to this. | |
