DTN I think you are looking at the index from Wednesday.

The NCI for 07/25/2013 is quoted as $6.0429, leaving a national basis of about +$1.08 over ZCU3 and +$1.25 over ZCZ3.

Basis change about -$.29 for ZCU3 and -$.395 for ZCZ3.
