Red River Valley | but I would not really look at a price for a low but an action-- I think to put in a low in this market in this year one of two things has to happen either the yields have to show up lower than anybody thinks ( and not by farmers talking or posting of poor yields on web sites) or the farmer has to just say I can't take it anymore and give in to the selling.
I just think the trading funds think they have three things going for them and not much but weather going against them.
1) Crops are getting bigger
2) Farmers are way undersold
3) Index funds will have major redemptions at harvest time to deal with
with these three things as a tail wind and nothing really at this time as a head wind I think they feel they can bleed this baby lower for a while yet.
for the record I will not wait for anything under $3.00 to go long but I will let this play out for a while. | |
