And whether true or not, this type of action/behavior only leads to more ideas of collusion at some level. And so, in summary, when these types of things happen, and as you say there are crooks in every profession, then it isn't totally off the reservation for someone to say, what the hell. This year is doing "nothing" to encourage farmers that everybody isn't out to get them, quite the opposite. |
