THIS DROP IN CASH PRICE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE USDA PERIOD..............
This is basis game plain and simply.
The Ray's of this country have played this game for years,this is there job.This do this day in and day out and most are pretty good at....
Once one E plants drops its bid,the others follow just as that first sheep though the gate.
Last weeks average ethanol rack prices was 2.80 remember that number cause it its been the high for awhile.
Then there's E futures,which I've slacked off on lately,but by looking at the chart it told you this was coming.
I would guess E plants are trying to move as much E as they can,as fast as they can,to cover that high priced corn they bought last week. With the E markets falling there DONE with begging farmers to buy corn.................................. | |
