Somebody find the Bat phone

Sounds like Gotham City is paying + $2.50 but nobody will answer the phone
Commissioner Gordon, Alfred, Robin somebody pick up.
I have the Bat signal shining but am getting no answer
Maybe the offer is coming from the Joker or possibly the Riddler
