Guys say watch oats,,,oats knows.
What about RICE ? knows about wheat ? next to rice,wheat is the world food stable...
Look at any rice chart,,,compared to any wheat chart. Totally different deal...... Could it be the world is raising TOO much corn,wheat and beans and not enough rice ?
Rice right now has a really nice rally going ! ! ! ! !
