Got a phone call at 7:30 this morning from a guy wanting me to fill out the report that I have ignored. They sent it to me three times this spring. He said by law you need to fill this out. I said where is the law saying that. He ask me if I refused. I said yes and he said good by then. He sounded like a younger guy just making calls, not very authoritative. Do I need to keep an eye out for black vehicles checking me out. I thought I was done with that thing.
