Any organic producer that is honest should admit that either they are depleting the soil of elements, or they are replacing it with manure, produced from a conventional farm.  PERIOD.  Elements can't just appear or disappear.  The lies and half truths that organic producers spread in hopes of stirrring the hpot is just plane lame.

What lies? Is there a single organic farmer who pretends that intensive farming does not deplete the soil?
Most organic farmers I know are very conscious of these issues, especially every time they "import" nutrients.
They try to find a local source as much as possible.
