My little town rebuilt theres last year, Ultra violet lights, lagoons, the works, same with the livestock. output clean enough to drink. No reason it cant and shouldnt be required. I remeber over the years, did it myself, and some still do, raw livestock "sewage" spread on frozen ground. no no, not anymore those days are long gone.
