We have a maxxum 125, and it has been a huge thorn in our side. We have had a number of problems with suspended front axle. Stay away from that. We also had a problem with the high low shifting cable breaking through its plastic wrap. I have no idea why in the world case thought a cable would be a good way to shift from high to low on a loader tractor. It make 3-90 degree turns and will break through its plastic wrap so that it cant shift the fork on the transmission making you have to get out of the tractor to shift it to the desired range. We side dress our corn with it and set the front tires to 64 inches to do that. but to be effective for the loader or a bush hog we move them back out because the turning radias is not what it should be. Last but not least... the air conditioner is useless. case has worked on it countless times and finally got it to blow 42 degree air in the 95 degree sun. but all of the air comes out at waist level and lower. Cold air falls and they pull the air out at floor level behind the driver seat. a couple days ago in 90 degree weather i put a themometer at neck level and another at forehead level. Blowing 42 degree air it was 80 at neck level and 90 at forehead level. Id love to have a 6140R John Deere.
