Byron, I had 5.3" the 1st week of July and 3/10ths" last Thursday, corn looks excellent, if it finishes well I could very well have the best corn crop I've ever raised. I have corn that was planted from the 15th of Apr-May 24th, the last planted is ready to tassel and we have a 60-70% chance of rain for Saturday.
It was mid 90's here yesterday and is to be again today and tomorrow, then cool off after the rain. I have yet to see corn roll or twist yet this year which is unusual, last year at this time corn was already toast.
