Im suprised about the stand over different soil in fields with notill.
Our soil stay in place but need the straw and chaff in top to keep soil in good shape . Our winterwheat is not much to brag with ,we sow it late in fall and after a the dry spring all N have not reace roots. No rain more than half in. We bought a drill from Finland a VM drill to this spring.
Eero have the same, best investment ever .
You are also a notill farmer and have inspired other and including me to try notill. Have read many of your post about notill on this forum , and get inspired to try. Thanks to you also.
