Eastern Iowa | To answer some of the posts, all his fields have boundaries that were created by him driving the field using OmniStar as the signal source. I believe we now are getting GPS signal out of the 500 in the correct manner, 9 pin connected to the back of the 500 and set the AutoPilot to output NMEA. Is that correct way? It has always been connected to the back of the 500 but was not set to output NMEA, I assume that it still was getting TSIP from the NAV?
I have attached a map of the issues, you will see a skip, just past the skip you see that it looks like the operator made a hard right or Left turn then immediately went straight again. to me it looks like a GPS issue/Heading issue from the Trimble system.
