.CN1 sub-folders are all linked back to the index.vy1 file I believe. I do know the .FMD folders/files are farms in your tree, and .FLD folders/files inside those are fields in their respective farms. Which is which, not really sure. As long as you leave the index file and the correct fmd and fld info you'll have it, but knowing which ones are good/bad could be a crapshoot.
