Batcat has raised some very valid points. I have a verizion tower on my land. Very happy with them. My contract increases the payment every 5 years. It is a slow process. From the time they first contacted me until it was built was two and half years. They didn't start payments until they started building it. Have a good lawyer check over the contract before she signs it.
