I haven't really dealt with the yield side of things on a Cruizer II, but you should have the option in there to have it output files as .shp. If you aren't getting those, you'll have to select that option in the Cruizer II, then reopen and close the jobs so it can save them in .shp format and then unload them on a USB drive again.
