I don't think they know what went wrong in version 4.0 ISC. Right now, you can backwards flash your ISC if tech support will give you the script. That's not a permanent fix, but it will work until they get the fix done. 4.3 didn't include any changes to the ISC.
4.3 deleted all of my steering configurations. That was lovely.
