Factory ready tractor? is the road switch turned on? On the right hand A/C panel there is a rocker switch that looks like a steering wheel with a lock, make sure the switch is off. On turns off power to the valve. Which on a trimble system tells you "FET coil open" for a code, could be same as your insight.
