paying matching rates for the stove? Last I read I thought it was $45/ton payed by the plant $45/ton paid by the USDA(or FSA?) Just think how much an E-plant could make if half of its corn was paid for buy the Gov't.
JMO, it sound like those plants will be the next Solyndra.
