| I've had to cross other peoples property to get an outlet and have had people cross my property. On one tile that we had to cross the neighbor's property he paid half the cost because he said he was benefiting from it as well. The other two times we paid 100% the cost and was happy to get an outlet. Where we were crossed they paid 100% because we already had the property grid tiled so was not gaining a benefit from the their tile. | |
