nw MN | Just curious if you have kept track of the time of application when burning your beans, and what works best?? I have thought about doing that, all the world record holders do that followed up with a bazillion insectice and fungicides. Burn them early, and give them an easy life after that?I know we used to have a better average yield with conventionals than RR, and most guys attribute it to the chemical burn causing more branching, but when to spray for peak effect? Seems like once our beans start hitting the second or third trifoliate they already have flowers on them, and always thought that was a no-no to burn flowers. | |
