SE KS | We are currently set up with trimble rtk and ag leader insights to strip-till, plant, spray, spread, and harvest. It works ok except for the occasional fit and when we get to far from the base have to switch to a different network to maintain signal and a couple places require a mobile repeater. I am wanting to update the kinze 3660 planter which would mean going to the integra that doesn't work with trimble. Deere dealer recently set up a base in this area and I've heard the signal is alot better in the problem areas(450 mhz vs 900) I would like to stick with sms and ag leader monitors vs trimble or deere/apex. I don't like the idea of relying on TWO five year old insights when we're busy so I was wondering if it would be possible to combine deere rtk with the integra monitor and solve two problems at the same time. Last I heard ag leader's paradyme wasn't as good as trimble rtk. The two main tractors are mt855c and mt765d, rogator, deere combine. Any thoughts, opinions? | |
