I see the same thing but I suspect SMS is not actually getting 57600 because SMS works much better for me with a 132 Trimble attached and it's only running 38K. I would read all 60 pages of the UBlox users guide and let me know if you figure it out. The guide is not written well but they have some support on their website as well.
