EGNOS is L1 only.
Dual frequency does produce better accuracy, but you need a correction source that provides dual frequency correction data.
RTX requires the OmniStar unlock, which gives you access to L2.
The serial ports on a CFX-750 are RS-232, so -15v to +15v.
