Is this a new install or did it just start giving you problems?  I think you want the "jump start speed" at the speed you are applying your product.  I have my jumpstart set to 6 mph so when I push the masterswitch to jumpstart it will apply at 6 mph rate sitting still.  You probably need to adjust your "latency settings".  Others will have more to say about that adjustment.
