Demand is to a degree a function of price. If the prices weaken from here, one MUST expect that the demand numbers above may be to low. In July's S&D USDA will raise crop size AND raise demand and rightly so. It would be pretty easy to see exports double (especially to China), ethanol grind spike to capicity, and feed use get back in line with historic average. So long and short, lower price,will equal larger demand in all likelihood.....JP
Exactly! SA will not plant the acres they have been either. It's a big circle. Everybody wants to see exports just wait. |
