Central Nebraska | I have a seed corn field that was seed corn last year. The volunteer corn was bad. The company brought in a roguing crew last week. I guess it was 25 gentleman who didn't speak English and cost $12/acre. Did 140 acres in 6 hours. They got 95% of the volunteer corn and will be back next week to walk it again. I thought about hiring them to come do a quarter with some marestail but will clean it up next year with field corn. | |
