S.E. Sask. | Fall applied anhydrous always seemed to work well here in the great white north and I am thinking of going back to it. Spring application has become a real hassle with our late wet springs now. By the time the ground is fit to apply I should be getting the air seeder out and ready to seed. Plus being a small time operator I am way down on the priority list when it is time for a tank refill. This spring I was limited to one tank a day. Way less pressure in October when hardly anybody else is applying. If the ground is dry and hard I might not but given adequate moisture I won't hesitate to get it on in October. By November it is game over as it is too cold. | |
