Be careful when you crank it over, it is possibly hydrolocked. If you pull injectors or something, get the water out of the cylinders, and change the fluids I bet it is fine. You should try to get the water out of the cylinders asap, or at least turn it by hand a little bit to keep engine from locking up from rust.
