tractor, it's difficult to hear here, you only can read, LOL.

Going to your question, urea has 46% N and water density is 8.34 lbs/gal

General formula you can use is:

% of N w/w = lbs of urea * 0.46 * 100 / (lbs of urea + gal of water * 8.34) (new change in formula)

Where:

Lbs of urea, is the amount of urea you want to use

Gal of water, the amount of water you are going to mix with the urea

So in your case is (sorry I did a mistake considering 1 gal of water instead 1.199 gal = 10 lbs of water):

% of N w/w = 1 * 0.46 * 100 / (1 + 1.199 * 8.34) = 4.18%
