$4-5 for inline wrap $7-8 for individual wrap (I don't own a wrapper my customers own their own)
As far as moisture we usually aim for 35%-50% moisture start when its 50% and usually around 35-40% when we get done baling and get it wrapped within 8 hours at least thats what my customers tell me
