Hate to tell ya this cause it doesn't help you, but that is going to vary significantly based on body condition of the cow.......nobody here is gonna be able to tell you. Why don't you just weigh and sell it to the guy based off live weight? If it's in good shape it ought to bring 75-80 cents right now.
