Thanks for the replies guys, I've been screwing with this thing all day today and half of yesterday. Raven seems hard to get a hold of but sprayer specialties has been trying to help me. I was put on a trail of data logging and in the process it now seems I have my 661 controller screwed up. I started spraying after re-entering all cal numbers and it immediately build up about 100 psi and blew a hose. I still couldn't turn booms off, (I can if I switch off the main valve switch that is located on the console next to the pump on/off switch but that doesn't seem right that I should have to use that.) . I have tried the accuboom / combo button both ways, along with about every other switch, button and setting, at this point I,m not sure which way is up. I think I have ended the day with a net loss of productivity. Any idea what I screwed up on the 661 controller.

I got the 661 back in order everything works but no master boom switch except for the one on the console by the pump switch.
