EP on grease usually means it has an additives that makes it perform better under Extreme Pressure. The 0 will be NLGI grade. I have some Cenex NLGI 0 corn head grease (from Shoup) no EP on the label. I don't have a JD tube to look at, but I would likely pump 3 tubes of the first available NLGI 0 grease and run it.
