Master switch should turn off everything. Check to see that the master switch is selected in the tools menu. There is a check box somewhere that needs to be checked if I remember right to enable the master switch to control accuboom, Also, you could set up the waterway as a no spray area using your border/not spray tools. They could be saved and pulled up when you spray the same field again. That would probably be only worth doing if you have better than waas level of accuracy though as the borders would drift.
