I read it as the LL decreed after planting that there would be no spraying. If the OP knew at the start of the deal that there were to be no herbicides, then he should live with the deal he made, and live with the weeds.
thats the way I read it too, fwiw I got into a very similar situation a few years ago and still have a bad taste in my mouth over it. I know its wrong to say but some of these jiggle sticks have no clue whats goin on today. |
