monticello iowa | this is my first year rowcropping and it has been a nightmare. I rented 90 acres of old hay and weed ground that was RR beans last year. landlord wanted me to plant non gmo corn which was fine but also pulled the plug on me using any spray. so I bought a good cultivator and have covered all one time. I do have a few spots where I have in row weeds I would like to get rid of mostly some thistle and timberweeds. if I do go and spray it I wont get to farm it next year. any thoughts from the veterns or just live with some weeds. thanks this is on cash rent. hard to find any other ground for rent around here lots of $400 rent. I really dont have an outlet for silage. what does crop insurance say on nongmo with weeds
