It is my understanding that 60 or 65 percent of trend yield is used. (As previously stated) Locally here several guys took PP several years ago. All summer the weeds went wild! Guys had to brush- hog their ground 3-4 times. Most of us are not equipped to do 1 field (40-80 acres) 3-4 times. Others ran the disc over it a couple of times a month. Some people tried spraying about twice a month. PP was an expensive decision in my mind. I wondered if those landlords that cared what their farms looked like appreciated the fields of weeds?
