And then you get into the business of, do I replant that May-planted corn that is completely junk, or go plant beans for the first time, or ?????  There was a whole slug of corn planted for both the first and second time June 12-14 here, and a whole bunch of beans, and a whole bunch still to go.  I think we are at 16 separate measurable rain events since the first week of May, with a bunch of cold cloudy days in between.  It's not from lack of trying that people aren't done.  I haven't seen anybody throw in the towel yet, everybody was going full tilt when it rained again many hours ahead of when it was forecasted to Friday.
