There was a little moisture in it. Two shotguns that were in it had small amount of rust. Locksmith said it is better to open them within 24 hours because of moisture. They had to measure perfectly to drill in just the right place using a magnetic drill press, then use a bore scope to align something, then drill a little more. It wasn't hard but technical. Took over an hour.
