We went through first year with 2630. Next year we are stacking 6 dickey John monitors from 1976 in the cab to tell the operator when a row is not planting.

Be careful what you wish for. In 50 years of planting ( our eldest member States) we never used the one row planter as much as this year. usually only used for sweet corn. Row command cost 22 grand Plus 3 days on one row planting. We will need many years to recoup the loss of this investment.

What happened, how did row command cause it, assuming it was more of a wiring harness issue (not telling you when a row was not planting) on a DB bar than an actual planter problem, right???

I have had 2 different 1770 NT planter with Rowcommand as it has always worked good, had a bad clutch on the last one and have one on this one also but at on my planter they at least default to plant all the time, and since I am just finishing up soybean no big deal and will fix it this winter if I don't trade planters.
